ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- i) Potential candidates should have Ph.D. in Nanoparticles synthesis and functionalization/ Organometallic chemistry and functionalization/ Polymer Synthesis/Material Chemistry& Physics /or relevant field.
- ii) Quality research in the field ofNanoparticles synthesis and functionalization/Organometallic chemistry and functionalization or next generation resists synthesis, lithography, thin film formation and characterization, relevant peer reviewed journals publications and good academic record.
1-2 year of working experience in academic and research institute/ industry/laboratory preferabl
Job/Position Description- Applicant must has a sound knowledge of next generation lithography particularlynanoparticles synthesis and functionalization/Organometallic chemistry and functionalization/resists formulation with theinorganic & organic synthesis methodology. More than above, capability of writing patent, manuscript etc will be a plus and also the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic group
Exceptional Expertise-Thin film developing condition optimization, resist patterning using electron beam lithography (EBL), extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography, Direct self-assembly (DSA), Block Co-polymer based pattering and pattern transfer using etching through wet and dry etching techniques may be beneficial for project.
Salary- The selected candidate will be appointed as a PDF (Postdoctoral Fellow)/Senior Scientist as an institute postdoctoral fellow for DST sponsored TSDP project entitled “Next
Generation, Cutting-Edge Indigenous EUVL Resists Technology for Semiconductor
Industry” at IIT Mandi, with salary Rs. 35,000–60,000 per month consolidated.
Duration:Maximum Two Years, (The appointment will be made initially for a period of 1 Year, extension for one more year is possible, based on the performance.)
