Ph.D. in materials science, applied physics or physics 

Job/Position Description- 
A post doc position for the fabrication and characterization of magnetic thin films, magnetoresistive device and spin-torque oscillator. Background on magnetism, magnetic materials and spintronics is required. Experiences on thin film deposition, micro-fabrication process using lithography and magnetic measurements are desirable.

Starting DateApril 2019 or later (negotiable)
Termone year (renewable up to 5 years with annual evaluation)
Work PlaceNIMS Sengen site (Tsukuba, Japan)
Work Hours7 hours 45 minutes a day (negotiable as the flex-time system)
HolidaySaturday, Sunday and National Holidays
Salary / Supplyaccording to NIMS regulations
