About- Applications are invited from Indian nationals only for project position(s) for the consultancy/research project(s) (Research Associate Position) under the Principal investigator (Name: Prof. Ramesh Chandra), Dept./Centre: Institute Instrumentation Centre, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Research/Job Area- Condensed Matter Physics/Nanotechnology/Electronics/ Physics/Nanotechnology
Project Title – Fabrication of High Energy Density Thin film based on chip Supercapacitor Devices Using Reactive Magnetron Sputtering Technique
Location- Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
Ph.D. (Exp. Condensed Matter Physics/Nanotechnology/Electronics) or M.Tech (Physics/Nanotechnology/Electronics) with 3 years’ Experience with relevant publications in peer reviewed Journals and working experience on PVD based thin film deposition techniques and Characterization by cyclic voltammetry techniques for supercapacitors.
Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience.

Sponsor of the project: Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi
Duration: 3 Years (or till the duration of the project, whichever is earlier)
Emoluments: Rs. 47,000/ pm
